In honor of the Buddhist Holiday, Chokhor Duchen, please join us for a one-day retreat of quiet sitting meditation. Through instruction and the practices of recitation, contemplation, sitting and walking meditation, and discussion, participants will learn to connect more effectively with their shamata practice and to practice more deeply.
Location: The Guild Room, First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Blvd, Columbus, OH 43212. Please park in the lot behind the main building and enter through the handicap entrance located between the main building and the red brick Annex Building.
Audience: Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome to attend this retreat.
