Dharma at the End of the Day

Being tired at the end of the day, it’s easy to gear back, switch off and go numb as a reaction to the stresses of the day. By understanding a Dharmic approach to stress, and an approach to the infinite aspects of mind, we can dissolve the day’s worries and come to rest in mind’s basic nature at the close of the day.
