What is dharma and how can it help us to meet the challenges we all face on a daily basis? In this week’s talk by mediation instructor Eric Weinberg, entitled “Dharma in Daily Life”, we examine the nature of the dharma, not just as a collection of theoretical teachings. but as a direct, practical, and active path to help us negotiate our everyday life and our interactions with others. We examine the importance of a daily meditation practice in conjunction with studying the dharma to help us to use whatever arises for the practice of compassion.
