Finding Inner Strength and Resolve

This week’s talk, given by Lama Kathy Wesley, is entitled, “Finding Inner Strength and Resolve.”

When we try to make changes in our lives, sometimes we meet with inner resistance and uncertainty, as giving up bad habits of the past can be difficult. But practicing three good habits will help us leave behind “nostalgia” for our bad habits, and will give us the best chance to change our lives for the better. This talk also covers encouraging words for doing dharma practice in the midst of concern about the worldwide Coronavirus outbreak.
