Skillfully Letting Go of the Past

This week’s Dharma Talk is entitled Skillfully Letting Go of the Past by Lama Tom Broadwater.

 As we come to the end of the year, we often look back and feel a bit stuck in things we would like to let go of…resentments, disappointments, regrets etc.. One skillful means a Buddhist has to let go of the past and begin anew is Tonglen. We will explore this imaginative  practice to work on letting go of our past and to begin again.
