Lama Karma Drodhul Teaching

August 19, 2022 - August 21, 2022

Sitting meditation is just the beginning of a spiritual journey of self-discovery that allows us to change our hearts for the better.

Lama Karma Drodhul, a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and past president of our “home” monastery, Karma Triyana Dharmachakra, will show us ways we can use meditation to liberate ourselves from negative patterns, confusion, and mental afflictions.

He will teach on the topics of:

  • Basic Goodness – Our Buddha Nature
  • How Meditation can be a part of daily living
  • Three Processes for Healing the Heart and Mind
  • How to utilize our everyday stress to wake up our hearts and minds.

On Friday night Aug. 19, the public talk introduces the role of mindfulness in making meaningful changes in our lives.

On Saturday and Sunday Aug. 20 and 21st,, Lama Karma will teach progressive workshops that will focus on methods of self-liberation meditation.
