Lama Kathy’s workshop will explain the meaning of the chants we do at KTC, as well as explaining how to use a Mala (prayer beads) and how to make offering gestures (mudras) such as those seen in the Chenrezig and Amitabha practices done weekly at KTC.
Everyone – from beginners to experienced practitioners – will learn something from this workshop. Have a question about Tibetan Buddhist shrines or ritual objects? Write them down and bring them along – the discussion should be interesting!
