Please join us for a one-day shamata retreat. Through the practices of sitting and walking meditation, recitation, and contemplation, participants will learn to connect more effectively with quiet sitting meditation and to practice more deeply. Practitioners of all levels are invited to attend.
Led by senior meditation instructor Darrell Peters, the retreat is scheduled for Saturday, June 3, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2070 Ridgecliff Rd., Columbus, OH 43221.
Please Plan to Bring
Participants should plan to bring their own mat and cushion, if they have them, and their own lunch
Cost
Free for CKTC members; $10 for non-members. Registration fees help to cover CKTC expenses. However, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
