Please join us for a one-day shamata retreat. Through the practices of sitting and walking meditation, recitation, and contemplation, participants will learn to connect more effectively with quiet sitting meditation and to practice more deeply. Practitioners of all levels are invited to attend.
All are welcome. Participants should plan to bring their own mat and cushion, if they have them, and their own lunch.

Morning Session 9:00 A.M. – Noon
Sack Lunch Noon – 1:00 P.M.
Afternoon Session 1:00 – 3:30 P.M.
Circle Talk and Dedication of Merit 3:30 – 4:00 P.M.
