The sacred holiday, Lahbab Duchen, observes the Buddha’s descent from Tushita heaven. Please feel free to come for as much or as little of the retreat as you are able. Lahbab Duchen is one of the days on the Tibetan Buddhist calendar when the merit accumulated from any practice or virtuous act is multiplied. All are welcome!
