We are coming to the realization that trauma is a fact of life for many individuals. In this workshop we will look at what trauma is. Then we will look at how our “trauma-informed” practice can be a pathway to recovery.
In the morning session, Lama Tom will give a “beginners” course on trauma-informed meditation practice.
In the afternoon session, Lama Tom will be joined by Psychotherapist Bethany Dwinnell for a discussion on how mindfulness and psychology can work together for recovery and well-being.
THIS IS A RESCHEDULED AND EXPANDED PROGRAM. Those holding tickets from the original October date will be contacted and given a chance to register at no cost.
