The Columbus KTC Board invites the sangha to a community meeting, Tuesday, December 12, 2017, 7pm, in the Lower Social Hall at Tifereth Israel.
Agenda items:
- New Building Update – Architects Peter Lenz and Peter Macrae will be on hand to present the newly updated design for our new building. Please join us to see the latest drawings!
- Finance Report – Treasurer Steve Phallen will present the most recent financial information regarding Columbus KTC’s general operating and rebuilding funds.
- Safe Sanctuary Policy – Columbus KTC board members recently attended a legal forum presented by the Methodist Church to stay up to date on legal, insurance, and other issues relating to running a non-profit religious organization. We would like to create a task force to design a “Safe Sanctuary” policy in order to promote the safety and well-being of all those who attend Columbus KTC programs. Please join us to learn more about this initiative.
- Volunteer Celebrations & Thank You’s – It’s been a busy year, and we would like to thank volunteers for making everything that happens at Columbus KTC possible. If you have been a volunteer for Columbus KTC in the past year, please join this evening so we can formally thank you for your work and offer a small token of our gratitude.
