Please join us for a one-day retreat of quiet sitting meditation.
“Connecting with Quiet Sitting Meditation,” a retreat designed to help you connect with and deepen your meditation practice, is scheduled for Saturday, December 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2070 Ridgecliff Rd., Columbus, OH 43221.
Led by senior meditation instructor Darrell Peters, the retreat will include meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation, recitation, contemplation, and discussion. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
Please Plan to Bring
• Your own lunch
• Your own meditation mat and cushion, if you have them.
Cost
Free for CKTC members; $10 for non-members. Registration fees help to cover CKTC expenses. However, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
Registration is required.
