Join Lama Kathy and Lama Tom for this online only, three-week intensive covering the basics of meditation for beginners, and helping intermediate practitioners expand and grow their practice.
Our daily lives are full of busy-ness – work responsibilities, family needs and more – and we are very much in need of silence and calm.
The three-week format will allow practitioners to grow and deepen their daily meditation with the support of teachers and fellow practitioners. Periods of quiet sitting will be interspersed with advice about how to use the fruits of meditation – mindfulness and alertness – in everyday life.
You’ll also learn ways to work with obstacles that may arise in meditation.
at 645 W. Rich St. Columbus, OH 43215

The Chenrezig/Amitabha Sadhana is a one-hour long chanting and meditation practice recited in the Tibetan language. Chenrezig is the Tibetan form of the Indian Buddhist Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, who is invoked as a means to increase compassion in our minds and lives.
Amitabha is the Buddha of the Western Pure Land of Dewachen (Sukhavati in Sanskrit) whose practice is done to benefit both the living and those who have passed away.
