The last six months has been an eye-opening experience for all of us. Pandemic, economic hardship and relationship challenges have left some of us feeling a bit raw, and ready for some rest and rejuvenation. This two and a half day retreat will give us a chance to recharge our spiritual batteries, as we explore how mindfulness – the simple practice of meditation – can give us insight into the possibilities for awakening that reside in every moment. Lama Kathy, Lama Adam, and Lama Tom will present techniques for living mindfully and finding meaning in the midst of chaos.
All people with an interest in Buddhist practice are invited to attend. This retreat is suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners.
