Khenpo Ugyen is coming to Columbus KTC, and we would like to introduce him to the “family” of the Columbus KTC. This get-together over food and chat is for everyone and anyone. Do you wonder what a “khenpo” is? Are you new to Buddhism and would like some clarification about meditation or chanting practice? Are you feeling loose-ended since the KTC fire and are looking for some advice for life and practice? Here is your chance to ask Khenpo Ugyen Tenzin, a Tibetan lama from Bhutan who just finished the Three-Year Retreat at Karme Ling Three-Year Retreat Center in New York State under the direction of Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche. Khenpo Ugyen has a warm spirit and a kind heart, and a deep knowledge of Buddhism. Please come for food at Tifereth Israel’s Lower Social Hall and stay for a short family talk and wide-ranging Q&A afterwards. We hope to see you there! No charge, but an RSVP will help.
