Liberate Yourself by Looking Within: A Emotional Healing Workshop

January 15, 2021 - January 16, 2021

This program will focus on knowing your own mind honestly and bravely. We are never separate from our minds  24/7, so we have ample opportunity to practice the Buddha’s liberating teachings whether we are in the shrine room or not.

It is important to see our imperfections, confusion, delusion and understand it is not who we are. According to Buddhist teachings, our confusion is temporary and workable. Beyond everything is our Buddha nature.

Directional guidance GPS doesn’t work unless you enter your present location. So we have to know where we are to be able to travel the path to liberation.

Friday Schedule:

7-7:30 PM – Session 1

Saturday Schedule:

10-11:30 AM – Session 2

1 PM to 2:30 PM – Session 3

All levels of meditation students are welcome.

The event is by donation; those who wish to give at the $108 sponsorship level will receive gifts of a small clip-on turquoise counter bead for their prayer beads and rice blessed by His Holiness Karmapa.
