Our daily lives are full of busy-ness – work responsibilities, family needs and more – and we are very much in need of silence and calm.
This three-week intensive will cover the basics of meditation for beginners and help intermediate practitioners expand and grow their practice.
The three-week format will allow practitioners to grow and deepen their daily meditation with the support of teachers and fellow practitioners.
Periods of quiet sitting will be interspersed with advice about how to use the fruits of meditation – mindfulness and alertness – in everyday life.
You’ll also learn ways to work with obstacles that may arise in meditation.
