Comfest Announcement
KTC is recruiting volunteers for Comfest for Friday through Sunday, June 24, 25, and 26.
Volunteers play host at the KTC booth at the festival, talk to interested members of the public about Columbus KTC programs and offerings, and sell KTC merchandise. Before or after your shift, you can go enjoy the festival yourself – it’s always a lot of fun!!!
You do not need to know everything about KTC to work a shift. Just being friendly, sharing your experiences at the center, and offering brochures about our Open Meditation and Intro to Buddhism classes to booth visitors is all that is expected.
Please join us and sign up for a three hour shift!
This is the 50th Comfest and KTC has a very long tradition of participating in the festival, which has been a great means of outreach for our center. Some members of our Sangha found KTC by first hearing about us there!
