Faith and Doubt

This week’s Dharma Talk is entitled Faith and Doubt by Jim Dunn.

When we meet a new spiritual practice, such as Buddhist practice, we may wonder about the practices, where they come from, and whether they are useful or not. The Buddha himself said not to rely on “legends or reports,” but to judge the value of something oneself. In this talk, Jim explains how we can find the proof of meditation’s effectiveness in our own lives.
